Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Request Form

IMPORTANT: Before returning VEMCO receivers, please take a moment to read our procedure on Returning VEMCO Receivers, and in particular the section on "IF YOU SUSPECT THAT YOUR RECEIVER HAS FLOODED".

VEMCO is committed to providing the highest level of support to our vast customer base and, occasionally, VEMCO products need to be returned for service and repair. Please fill in the form below and Customer Support will contact you via email to issue an RMA number and provide appropriate instructions and documentation to facilitate the return. Note that lines with an asterisk (*) are required information. Please note that if you forget to fill in a required field, you will receive an error message indicating the missing fields. When you "back page" to add the missing data, the anti-spam code at the bottom of the form will have reset and will need to be filled in again.
