VEMCO Announces Upgrades in Transmitter Technology and Lower Prices

VEMCO is pleased to announce that we have recently upgraded our tranmitter technology to provide even more functionality. The tag redesign also opens up numerous opportunities for further customization if required. The enhancements include:

  • programmable on/off times to deal with extended periods of time over different phases of animal life
  • longer battery lives
  • dual sensors (temperature and pressure)

We have also recently improved our production efficiencies through lean manufacturing techniques and are passing along the savings to our customers through lower tag prices!

  • the V16s have been decreased significantly (7% to 25%) from 2006 prices
  • the V9, our most popular tag, has come down in price by 5%
