Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Procedure

At VEMCO, customer support is a very important aspect to us. We are committed to providing high levels of support and repair services to our vast customer base. But occasionally, VEMCO products do need to be returned for service and repair. Returning a product to Vemco is easy and done through our customer support department.

Acquiring a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from VEMCO can be done in several ways. The first is to call our customer support department at 902-450-1700 ext. 268 and speak with a support representative. The support staff will ask for the serial number of the product, a brief explanation of the issues being experienced and a return email address. Upon receiving the request and associated information, an RMA number is generated and emailed out along with instructions for the return and customs paperwork (if required).

Another option is to email us at rma@vemco.com with your name, organization, serial number and brief description of the issues being experienced. Customer Support will issue via email an RMA number and appropriate instructions and documentation to facilitate the return.

In the near future, VEMCO will be posting an RMA form on our website to allow users to submit an RMA request online.
