The Best Places to Work program recognizes companies in Atlantic Canada that demonstrate best practices in employee satisfaction and retention. Organizations that chose to participate completed an extensive two-part survey, including an organizational overview of the company's policies and procedures as well as an in-depth employee questionnaire. The survey, analysis, and ranking were conducted by ModernThink LLC, an independent research and consulting firm specializing in workplace excellence.
