American Fisheries Society Annual General Meeting (AFS AGM) Drop by VEMCO's exhibit booth anytime From September 13th to 16th to learn more about our VR2W Positioning System (VPS) and our array of acoustic receivers and transmitters.VEMCO will also be conducting a FREE workshop on underwater acoustic telemetry from 1:00-5:00pm om Sunday, September 12th. This course will discuss VR2 (VR3 & VR4) passive and active automated acoustic receiver technology, designed and produced by VEMCO, and its application to assess movement patterns, behavior, and site fidelity of fishes and invertebrates. Fish Sampling with Active Methods (FSAM) 2010 Conference VEMCO is tentatively booked to conduct a half day acoustic telemetry workshop on Sunday, September 12th immediately following the FSAM Conference.
